We went to Africa on August 28 and 29.
In Africa, we watched the beginning of the Lion King musical prologue.
We made shadow puppets to act out “our own version” of The Lion King! The children cut out an elephant, a giraffe and lions.
They played and enjoyed with these shadow puppets a lot.
In the afternoon, they each made an African mask. They used colored sandpaper to decorate it.
